I friggin' loved that.

This style of animation just brought such a smile to my face. Your use of the blur filter is normally frowned upon, but I really liked how you used it anyway.

This is really good for a fourth flash, and even if it was your twentieth flash it would still be good. It had nice amount of humor (best boss fight I've ever seen), good animation, and the sound was perfect.

Keep at it man, you could be amazing. Or at least hilarious... :D

thanks i hope the next one is as hilarious/awesome
i used the blur filter something like 90 times in this move lol

Holy Crap that was PERFECT

The music at the beginning set the mood for what would be an epic story of love and triumph. Mavis Beacon seemed to be in such euphoric love with the awesome Patrick Stewart, which you conveyed extremely well with the use of expertly drawn thought bubbles and motion tweens.

And then there were the hilarious comments at the end of the animation. You were able to convince anyone to vote 5 with your expert manipulation of words. You, my good friend, are a wizard of words! A prince of paragraphs! A sultan of sentences! I am in awe of your skill.

Finally, a link at the end was given, and the button was made so beautifully. I knew exactly what it did when I saw the word "Link" with an arrow pointing to the words "Join the party." You pulled that off stunningly.

Overall, I'd say this is in the top 10 animations of my life. I look forward to anything you'll submit in the future, and hopefully Mavis can be truly happy with Patrick Stewart one day.

Did I ever tell you that I love you?

Fuck yes.

Newgrounds needs more movies of this magnitude. The menu screen was amazingly done, and the content that followed was priceless. 5/5 and 10/10 !!!

You are correct.

A Newgrounds Masterpiece

The preloader made such a bold statement. The words "Corky52's Birthday Collab Extravaganza" were nice and bold, giving me the prefect idea of what magic was to come. This was augmented by the simple loading bar of eight Corky heads. I knew this was gonna be grand.

The menu was very eloquent in its simplicity. The message "Happy Birthday Corky52!" was prominently displayed on the top, with the three authors names expertly arranged below. I clicked the first name, Yoshi77777, and went to view his masterpiece.

Needless to say, I was extremely impressed. The fast paced music fit perfectly to the animation of Corky-as-PacMan eating his Newgrounds-achievement-power-pellets. I found the lack of ghosts to be a very deep statement: Nothing would dare to stand between Corky52 and his Newgrounds godliness.

Next, I watched a wonderful part by MinusNick. Some may say what follows may be biased, but I'll say it anyway: the dance party at the end kicked so much ass.

Finally, I finished off this experience with FamilyGuy05's part. It consisted of a pixelated city skyline with a beautiful rendition of the birthday song, on what sounded like a music box. It was a beautiful ending to a beautiful flash.

I'd like to close this review with a great big Happy Birthday Wish to the one and only Corky52!

I loved it. The backwards music was a nice touch.

Thanks baby.

A Newgrounds Masterpiece

This is a part of Newgrounds history. Your magnificent flash had Newgrounds wrapped around your finger when it was frontpaged, and it still captivates and successfully trolls to-kool-for-school teenagers to this day. It's amazing how you pulled this off, but you did.

You gave everyone a source of hilarious reviews, put the spotlight on idiots who think dancing makes someone gay, and still remain so humble. Not too many people appreciate this, but I am one of those who do.

This magical flash will continue to inspire few and piss off many. This flash is your legacy, VC. This flash is TRULY OUTRAGEOUS.

Review.

Ever.

You guys really do suck at shooting and acting...

Lol, that was pretty funny. You did a great job putting in the animated lasers with the live action, as well as throwing in some comic value. I laughed so hard when you tow were hiding behind the same bail of hay. Keep up the good work!

Fro responds:

That scene was going to be me behind one bail and him behind another and after we got done shooting each other we were going to have a light saber fight, but then we decided to go with the funny version. I'm happy you liked it! Thanks for the review.

Oh wow.

The drawings here were all very cool, as was the animation! It was also a cool story. I'm glad you decided to submit something here again!
Parts of the movie were just a black screen for me... I don't know if that was intentional, but it detracted from the movie. Also, you need a better mic! This would have been so much better if it had clearer sound.
Overall though, you did an awesome job with this!

wiilofgod responds:

hey man thanks a lotfor your kind words and for your thoughtful feedback.....yeahh sound...is a big issue man.......it always screws me up.....I need to buy some recording devices or something ...only a mic wont help : (
thanks!

Hey, I know you!
Anyway, it was pretty cool to consider a "C" flash. Was there actually a "C vs B"?
And with this being your first flash, you did pretty good! The buttons all worked and you used the tweens correctly, not to mention you drew SBC, lol. The only improvements this thing needs is (who'd have guessed it) better graphics.

joza1 responds:

Liveswif is notorious for crappy graphics. There was a 'C' flash (made by Yours Truly) but surprise, surprise...

Nice job!

It noticed how, towards the end, the drawing got a bit better, which was good. The overall changing from object to object was also very nice. There are a few things that would make this a LOT better though:
Smoother animation- It seemed a bit jumpy to me at times. Maybe increase the framerate and add more inbetween frames?
Music sync- This is the easiest to fix: set it to stream! If it is already, then make it so that it doesn't start after the movie does, or end before the movie ends.
Consistent quality- I mentioned before how the drawings got better as time progressed. This is okay, but the quality of the actual animating should have stayed consistent.
All things considered, this was very neat and needs a few minor adjustments. I'm looking forward to more stuff from you! (Favoriting you, by the way)

RESPRiT responds:

Okay! Thanks for the advice, also as far as the jumpyness, the movie is just lagging, it's much more smoother on my computer.
